So Maya's been through a lot in her canon. A few people she knows have died, a few people she know were messed up in a bus accident, she was messed up in a bus accident. On top of all of that she's had constant fights with anxiety and depression, as well as a few run-ins with drug seeking and self destructive behavior.

Maya has attempted suicide before, and still struggles with self destructive negative thoughts. That's a part of who she is. So comments are screened if you wish to request no mention of suicide, reduced negative thoughts in brackets, or just no tags from Maya. As this is still a part of her character and still something she deals with.

OOC PERMISSION

FOURTHWALLING - If it would be reasonable. I'd rather avoid it if at all possible.

IC PERMISSION - FRIENDLY

TOUCHING - She'll at best non-react, and at worst flinch noticeably and pull away.

HUGGING - She needs hugs severely, but she'll probably be real awkward about it unless she really likes you.

KISSING - You don't kiss Maya, Maya kisses you. She'll shove you off if you try.

ROMANCE - Maya's fairly romantic but she's got a lot of baggage so she'll be slow to start up, but it isn't off the table. Plot it with me after some threads though.

SEX - ...actually be easier than the above, but we'd have to work that out in advance.

IC PERMISSION - UNFRIENDLY

HITTING - I'm fine with it, Maya will try to defend herself, but mostly just try to escape. Maya's tougher than she seems.
